Vari-Scary Birdscarer

The Vari-Scary MkII is a rugged, reliable propane gas gun.

It is an important tool in deterring bird pests from valuable crops.

Featuring a fully programmable controller -  you can control when the gun fires throughout the day and on what days of the week. 

The body is made of tough polyethylene plastic and is made to last -  Design features include an integral handle and internal storage for both the legs and battery.

The rear mounted control panel is easy to use - The day is divided up into 30min time periods from 0500 - 2100. To program you simple cycle through the time periods programming how many salvos you require with in  that time period, zero, one, two, three or Random.  You then have the option of programming how many "bangs" per salvo - again, one , two, three or random. This gives you complete variability throughout the day and makes adjustments  in line with daylight hours quick and easy.  To finish off you can carry out a test fire to ensure everything is firing as it should!

The gun is supplied with 4 legs and the cannon tube. A battery cable is suppled with crocodile clips so you can use you own 12v battery desired.

We can supply a 12v battery that fits inside the body neatly that makes relocating the guns a doddle. The Battery kit comes with its own charger.

We can also supply a solar panel kit that attached to one of the legs to keep the battery topped up on those bright frosty days.
