IN furrow V2 Range

The In-furrow V2 is designed to spray soil treatments like Amistar or Velum Prime on to the soil around the seed potato at planting.

It uses direct chemical injection Dosatron pumps to mix chemical with water into the spray line. The chemical tank holds just over 10 litres and there are a range of options for the water tank from 100 litres to 1000 litres. The machine can be supplied with Dosatron units for either Amistar or Velum or we can supply a machine that uses BOTH so that both chemicals can be applied at the correct application rates in one pass. You still have the ability to turn each Dosatron on or off independently when needed.

The machine can be supplied with a generic fitting kit for most popular makes of planter.  We have worked in conjunction with Hypro and Syngenta to develop optimised nozzles giving an excellent spray pattern  without drift, a reduction in nozzle pressure and excellent anti-blockage properties.

Since 2021 There is a full GPS electronic rate control option that now uses a pressure sensor for maximum accuracy . This uses the reliable and well proven Techneat Rate control system connected to a Garmin GPS for total speed related output.
